摘  要:4D打印技术可用于城市管道建设及提高建筑气候适应性,可有效实现管道自动调整,降低铺设成本,灵活应对地质灾害。4D打印技术具有艺术与科学的融合特性,兼智能化及控制化于一身,通过智能结构或材料增材制造,对构件形状功能在时间及空间上进行精确控制,满足变形和功能的多元化要求,且因其耗能低、设计自由度高等优点在医学生物、航天航空、建筑等领域广泛应用。分析了4D打印技术的研究及应用发展现状,阐述该技术可在复合材料、形状记忆聚合物、形状记忆合金等先进材料制备基础上,实现应用性与科学性的完美结合,并伴随新材料、新软件、机器设备与智能化制造等技术的不断升级而逐步趋于成熟,终将实现大规模产业化发展。4D printing technology can be used in urban pipeline construction, which improves building climate adaptability, effectively realizes automatic pipeline adjustment, reduces laying cost, and flexibly responds to geological disasters. 4D printing technology has the characteristics of integration of art and science with a combination of intelligence and control. Through intelligent structure or material additive manufacturing, it can accurately control the shape and function of components in time and space to meet the diversified requirements of deformation and function, and it is widely used in medical biology,aerospace, architecture and other fields due to its low energy consumption and high degree of design freedom. The research and application development status of 4D printing technology have been analyzed in the text. It is expounded that this technology can realize the perfect combination of application and science on the basis of the preparation of advanced materials such as composite materials, shape memory polymers, shape memory alloys, etc., and gradually tend to mature with the continuous upgrading of new materials, new software, machine equipment, intelligent manufacturing and other technologies, which will eventually achieve large-scale industrial development.
