摘 要:由于原材料价格不断上涨,为节约生产成本,采用轻稀土球化剂替代重稀土球化剂生产厚壁件球墨铸铁件,并以压铸机某机型的头板和二板铸件作为生产实例,阐述了通过设计合理的熔炼工艺,严格控制球化、孕育过程以及要点,并对头板和二板铸件的附铸试块进行力学性能测试和金相组织分析,结果表明:采用轻稀土球化剂A能够生产出力学性能和金相组织合格的一定壁厚的厚壁球墨铸铁件,并且相对于采用重稀土球化剂的熔炼工艺有着更可观的经济效益。Due to the rising price of raw materials, in order to save production costs, light rare earth nodulizing agent has been used to replace heavy rare earth nodulizing agent to produce thick wall ductile iron castings. Taking the head plate and second plate castings of a certain model of die casting machine as an example of production, it is expounded that the nodulizing and inoculation process and key points have been strictly controlled through reasonable design of smelting process, and the mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the attached test blocks of the head plate and second plate castings have been tested. The results show that light rare earth nodulizer A can be used to produce thick wall ductile iron castings with certain wall thickness and qualified mechanical properties and metallographic structure, which has more significant economic benefits than using heavy rare earth nodulizer.
