摘  要:中频感应电炉应用电磁感应原理,在被熔化的炉料内部产生热量而使炉料熔化,具有熔化速度快、电效率和热效率高、能源消耗量低、冶炼合金元素烧损量小、脆性夹杂物少、纯净度高、操作使用方便等诸多优点,成为铸造行业的重要熔炼设备。但目前中频炉冶炼没有强化冶炼的措施,实际冶炼电耗一般在(660~850)kW·h/t,能耗相差较大。因此从工艺、设备、管理等方面研究实施中频感应电炉的节能,实现铸造行业节能环保,已成铸造同行研究的重要课题。The medium frequency induction electric furnace uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate heat inside the melted charge to melt the charge. It has many advantages, such as fast melting speed, high electrical and thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small burning loss of smelting alloy elements, less brittle inclusions, high purity, easy operation and use, which has become an important smelting equipment in the casting industry. However, at present, there is no measure to strengthen smelting in medium frequency furnace smelting. The actual smelting power consumption is generally 660~850kW·h/t, with a large difference in energy consumption. Therefore, it has become an important topic for the casting industry to research and implement the energy conservation of the medium frequency induction furnace from the aspects of technology, equipment, and management to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection in the casting industry.
