摘  要:以限位隔膜阀卡式本体铸件为研究对象,采用ProCAST数值模拟软件分析了初期试验方案和优化改进方案,并对实体铸件进行了X射线探伤分析。结果表明,工艺优化后金属液充型平稳,无明显的浇不足、裹气、夹杂等不良现象,铸件亦未见明显的缩松缩孔缺陷。机加工铸件表面光洁,内部无缺陷,试压后无渗漏,产品质量满足技术要求。Taking the limiting diaphragm valve cartridge body casting as the research object, the initial test scheme and optimization improvement scheme have been analyzed by use of ProCAST numerical simulation software, and the solid casting has been analyzed by X-ray flaw detection. The results show that the liquid metal filling is stable after the process optimization, and there are no obvious defects such as insufficient pouring, gas entrapment, inclusion, etc. The casting also has no obvious shrinkage defects. Machined castings have smooth surface, no internal defects, no leakage after pressure test, while the product quality meets the technical requirements.
