摘 要:杂草稻(Oryza sativa f.spontanea)是栽培稻同属同种的近缘杂草类型,其在演化过程中形成了很多栽培稻(Oryza sativa L.)所不具备的优良性状。江苏省是中国杂草稻危害最严重的省份之一,明确其杂草稻群体的遗传多样性现状,对于推动栽培稻分子辅助育种和品种改良具有重要的意义和价值。本研究以江苏省21个杂草稻群体和6个栽培稻对比品种为研究对象,采用23对简单序列重复序列(SSR)开展遗传多样性评估与群体遗传结构分析。结果表明,江苏省杂草稻群体的遗传多样性比栽培稻的高。23对SSR引物在江苏省杂草稻群体共检测到60个等位基因,平均有效等位基因数、观察杂合度和期望杂合度分别为1.737、0.058和0.344,香农指数0.587。供试材料遗传相似系数变幅在0.334~0.980,平均遗传相似系数为0.690,徐州市辖和徐州睢宁杂草稻之间的遗传相似系数最大(0.980),徐州市辖与常州金坛杂草稻之间的遗传相似系数最小(0.334)。以遗传相似系数0.79为阈值,聚类分析可以将供试材料分为五个大类群,群体遗传结构分析将供试材料划分为2个亚群,分类结果体现大多数供试材料符合不同地理的分划,少数供试材料出现偏差,且江苏省杂草稻遗传背景较为丰富。本研究结果为进一步了解和利用江苏省杂草稻优良种质资源提供理论基础。Weedy rice(Oryza sativa f.spontanea)is a closely related weed type of the same species of cultivated rice.It has formed many excellent traits that cultivated rice(Oryza sativa L.)does not have during its evolution.Jiangsu Province is one of the provinces with the most serious damage to weedy rice in China.Clarifing the genetic diversity of weedy rice populations in Jiangsu Province is of great significance and value for promoting molecular-assisted breeding and variety improvement of cultivated rice.In this study,21 weedy rice populations in Jiangsu Province and 6 cultivated rice varieties were used as the research objects,and 23 pairs of simple sequence repeats(SSRs)were used to evaluate the genetic diversity and analyze the genetic structure of the population.The results showed that the genetic diversity of weedy rice population in Jiangsu Province was higher than that of cultivated rice.A total of 60 alleles were detected from 23 pairs of SSR primers in weedy rice populations in Jiangsu Province,the average number of effective alleles,observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity were 1.737,0.058and 0.344,respectively,and the Shannon index was 0.587.The genetic similarity coefficient of the tested materials ranged from 0.334 to 0.980,and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.690.The genetic similarity coefficient between Xuzhou Shixia and Suining weedy rice was the largest(0.980).The coefficient of genetic similarity between Xuzhou Shixia and Changzhou Jintan weedy rice was the smallest(0.334).In the cluster analysis,the tested materials were divided into five major groupsthe when the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.79.The population genetic structure analysis divided the tested materials into 2 subgroups.The classification results showed that most of the tested materials conformed to different geographical divisions,a few tested materials had deviations,and the genetic background of weedy rice in Jiangsu Province was relatively rich.The results provide a theoretical basis for further und
