摘  要:斑皮柠檬桉(Corymbia citriodora subsp.variegata)是重要的锯材树种,其核心种质的构建具有重要研究意义。本研究以10个种源组成的斑皮柠檬桉群体为材料,通过生长和抗病性性状,采用均值差异百分率、极差符合率、方差差异百分率和变异系数变化率的4个参数评价,检验14种策略构建的核心种质,筛选最优的核心种质构建参数,并通过表型多样性指数、主成分分析和样品分布图验证所构建核心种质的代表性。结果表明:通过遗传多样性法确定组内取样数量,总体取样比例为20%的策略最优;所构建核心种质除单株材积外,其表型多样性均大于原始种质,生长性状均值差异均不显著,核心种质的变异系数均大于原始种质;核心种质和原始种质前2个主成分的累计贡献率分别为95%和94%,其样品分布图具有相似的结构。以上表明所构建的核心种质较好地代表了原始种质。本研究为斑皮柠檬桉种质资源的保存、研究和利用提供科学依据。Corymbia citriodora subsp.variegata is an important sawn wood species,and the construction of its core germplasm is of great significance.In this study,the core germplasm constructed by 14 strategies was evaluated and tested by four parameters including percentage difference of mean,range coincidence rate,percentage difference of variance,and change rate of coefficient of variation in the growth and disease resistance traits of 10 provenances,and the optimal core germplasm construction parameters were screened.Representativeness of core collections was verified by comparing phenotypic diversity index,principal component analysis,and distribution map between core and initial collections.The results showed that the optimal strategy was genetic diversity method and 20%sampling ratio.The phenotypic diversity index and variation coefficients of core collections constructed by the optimal strategy were higher than initial collections for all traits with diversity index for individual tree volume exception.Mean values of growth traits were not significant between core and initial collections.The accumulative contribution rates of two principal components were 95%and 94%for core and initial collections,respectively.Sampling distribution map of core and initial collections was similar.All these results indicated that the constructed core collections well represented the initial collections.
