糖尿病合并大量蛋白尿的中西医治疗方案分析

摘　　要：目的分析应用中西医治疗方案在糖尿病合并大量蛋白尿中的临床疗效。方法选取莆田市秀屿区医院2022年1—8月入院行中西医治疗的糖尿病肾病患者(大量蛋白尿)28例为研究对象,比较治疗前后患者的中医证候积分、尿蛋白指标、血糖指标改善程度。结果行中西医治疗方案后28例糖尿病合并大量蛋白尿患者骨节疼痛中医证候积分(0.83±0.25)分、脉浮皮肿(0.48±0.11)分,口渴喜饮(0.38±0.08)分,倦怠乏力(0.59±0.21)分,发热多汗(0.47±0.21)分;治疗后BUN(8.22±1.42)mmol/L,Cr(130.47±26.39)μmol/L,尿蛋白/尿肌酐(3.32±1.44)mg/mmol,24 h尿蛋白定量(18.99±8.36)mg;治疗后FPG(5.76±1.01)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.88±0.85)mmol/L,HbAlc(5.87±1.32)%,比治疗前低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医治疗方案应用于糖尿病合并大量蛋白尿患者中,能够有效改善蛋白尿水平,有效控制血糖,消退中医症状,在临床领域应大力推行中西医疗法。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in with massive proteinuria.Methods Twenty eight patients with diabetes nephropathy(massive proteinuria)who were treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine in Xiuyu District Hospital of Putian City from January to August 2022 were selected as the study subject,The improvement of TCM syndrome score,urinary protein index and blood glucose index were compared before and after treatment.Results After the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine,28patients with diabetes mellitus combined with massive proteinuria received TCM syndrome scores(0.83±0.25)points,pulse puffiness(0.48±0.11)points,thirst and drinking(0.38±0.08)points,fatigue(0.59±0.21)points,fever and sweating(0.47±0.21)points;after treat-ment,BUN(8.22±1.42)mmol/L,Cr(130.47±26.39)μmol/L,urine protein/urine creatinine(3.32±1.44)mg/mmol,24 h urine protein quantitative(18.99±8.36)mg;after treat-ment,FPG(5.76±1.01)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.88±0.85)mmol/L,HbAlc(5.87±1.32)%were lower than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment scheme applied in diabetic patients with a large amount of proteinuria,can effectively improve the level of proteinuria,effectively control blood glucose,fade traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,should be vigorously promoted in the clinical field.
