温针灸关元穴联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及BMI的影响

摘　　要：目的分析温针灸关元穴联合二甲双胍在2型糖尿病(diabetes mellitus type 2,T2DM)患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2020年4月—2022年4月福建省级机关医院收治的84例T2DM患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组给予二甲双胍,观察组加以温针灸关元穴,连续治疗2个月。对比两组临床疗效、血糖改善情况、血脂水平、体质指数(BMI)、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、BMI相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FPG、HbA1c、2 hPG、TC、TG、BMI低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论温针灸关元穴联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM效果显著,可有效调节患者血糖与血脂水平,降低BMI,且无严重不良反应,临床应用价值较高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of warming acupuncture Guanyuan Point combined with metformin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 84 T2DM patients admitted to Provincial Organ Hospital of Fujian Province from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin,and the observation group was given warming acupuncture at Guanyuan point for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose improvement,blood lipid level,body mass index(BMI)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postmortem blood glucose(2 hPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FPG,HbA1c,2 hPG,TC,TG and BMI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture at Guanyuan Point combined with metformin have significant effects in the treatment of T2DM,which can effectively regulate blood glucose and lipid levels of patients and reduce BMI without serious adverse reactions.Therefore,it has high clinical application value.
