影响肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合质量的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探究影响肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合质量的相关因素。方法选取2017年5月—2022年5月在上杭县中医院接受手术治疗的肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者60例作为研究对象,分析患者术后创面愈合质量的相关因素。结果肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者手术后创面愈合质量与患者的血糖控制情况、饮食营养情况、机械刺激、吸烟、术后坐浴时间及术后便秘有关(P<0.05)。治疗后,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)指标优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过让糖尿病患者禁止吸烟,避免机械刺激,有效控制血糖,保持饮食营养,术后坐浴时间控制在5~10 min以内,并避免便秘情况的发生可以有效提高肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者的术后创面愈合质量。Objective To investigate the relevant factors affecting the quality of postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess combined with diabetes mellitus.Methods 60 patients with perianal abscess combined with diabetes mellitus who underwent surgical treatment in Shanghang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects to analyze the factors associated with the quality of postoperative wound healing in patients.Results The quality of postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess combined with diabetes mellitus was related to patients’glycemic control,diet and nutrition,mechanical stimulation,smoking,duration of postoperative sitz bath and postoperative constipation(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)and glycated haemoglobin(HbAlc)indicators were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By allowing diabetic patients to prohibit smoking,avoid mechanical stimulation,effectively control blood glucose,maintain a nutritious diet,control the duration of postoperative sitz bath within 5-10 min,and avoid the occurrence of constipation can effectively improve the quality of postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess combined with diabetes mellitus.
