摘 要:目的给予处于康复期的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者应用胰岛素泵,对其中的干预效果进行观察。方法选择2020年11月—2022年3月期间福建省立医院收治的80例康复期的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组给予功能训练联合胰岛素泵治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,对比两组的血糖指标、生活质量。结果研究组患者的高血糖发生率、低血糖发生率、餐前血糖、餐后2 h血糖、调节至理想血糖所需时间、异常血糖干预率分别为(6.32±2.41)%、(2.83±2.02)%、(5.80±0.18)mmol/L、(8.41±0.57)mmol/L、(3.70±0.28)d、(10.35±2.05)%,指标均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。物质生活、生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分分别为(57.68±5.86)分、(56.33±5.42)分、(59.69±6.42)分、(58.70±6.40)分均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=8.958、6.587、6.466、6.471,P<0.05)。结论给予处于康复期的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者应用功能训练联合胰岛素泵,可以改善患者的血糖指标、生活质量。Objective Insulin pump was used in diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction,and the intervention effect was observed.Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction during the convalescent period from November 2020 to March 2022 in Fujian Provincial Hospital were selected as the study objects.Randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group were given functional training combined with insulin pump therapy,the control group were given conventional therapy.The blood glucose index and quality of life of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The incidence of hyperglycemia,hypoglycemia,preprandial blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,time required to adjust to ideal blood glucose and intervention rate of abnormal blood glucose in the study group were(6.32±2.41)%,(2.83±2.02)%,(5.80±0.18)mmol/L,(8.41±0.57)mmol/L and(3.70±0.28)d,(10.35±2.05)%,the indexes were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scors of material life,physiological function,psychological function and social function were(57.68±5.86)points,(56.33±5.42)points,(59.69±6.42)points and(58.70±6.40)points were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.958,6.587,6.466,6.471,P<0.05).Conclusion Functional training combined with insulin pump can improve the blood glucose index and quality of life of patients in diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction.
