摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对2型糖尿病并发脑梗塞老年鼻饲患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2022年4月期间在泉州市第一医院接受鼻饲治疗的2型糖尿病并发脑梗死老年患者70例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组35例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受循证护理。对比两组患者血糖控制情况、营养状态以及对护理满意度情况。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清前白蛋白、血清白蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受鼻饲治疗的2型糖尿病并发脑梗死老年患者实施循证护理干预后,有效控制患者的血糖,改善营养状态,患者对护理满意度较高,临床应用价值显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on senile patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods From June 2019 to April 2022,70 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction who received nasal feeding in Quanzhou First Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The blood glucose control,nutritional status and satisfaction with nursing care of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum prealbumin and serum albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of evidence-based nursing intervention in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction receiving nasal feeding treatment,the blood glucose of the patients can be effectively controlled,the nutritional status can be improved,the patients have a high satisfaction with nursing,and the clinical application value is significant.
