摘　　要：目的分析FOCUS-PDCA理论对糖尿病性下肢病变行介入治疗患者低血糖发生率及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院实施介入治疗的60例糖尿病性下肢病变患者为研究对象,并依据患者的护理方式将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者应用FOCUS-PDCA理论支持下的护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组低血糖发生率、并发症总发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FOCUS-PDCA理论能有效降低行介入治疗的糖尿病性下肢病变患者低血糖发生率、并发症总发生率,提升患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of FOCUS-PDCA theory on the incidence of hypoglycemia and quality of life in patients with diabetic lower limb lesions treated with interventional therapy.Methods 60 patients with diabetic lower limb lesions who underwent interventional treatment at Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to their care mode.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing interventions,while the patients in the observation group were treated with care supported by the FOCUS-PDCA theory.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of hypoglycaemia and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The FOCUS-PDCA theory can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and total complication rate in patients with diabetic lower limb lesions treated with interventional therapy,and improve the quality of life of patients.
