胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者实施围术期个性化方案护理模式的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究在胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中应用围术期个性化方案护理模式的可行性。方法选择2019年7月—2021年4月期间莆田市第一医院胃肠外科就诊的胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者96例为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式,观察组患者实施个性化方案护理模式,对比两组患者血糖水平、恢复质量。结果护理前,两组患者各项血糖水平指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等血糖指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者身体舒适度、情绪状态、自理能力、心理支持以及疼痛评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠道肿瘤合并糖尿病患者中应用围术期个性化方案护理模式,能够显著调节患者血糖水平、提高恢复质量评分,选择优越性较高。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying perioperative individualized nursing mode in patients with gastrointestinal tumor complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods From July 2019 to April 2021,96 patients with gastrointestinal tumor complicated with diabetes mellitus who came to the gastrointestinal surgery department of Putian First Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 48 cases each.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the observation group were given individualized nursing care.The blood glucose level and recovery quality of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of blood glucose levels(P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and other blood glucose indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical comfort,emotional state,self-care ability,psychological support and pain in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative personalized program nursing mode in patients with gastrointestinal tumor complicated with diabetes can significantly regulate the blood sugar level of patients,improve the recovery quality score,and have higher advantages in selection.
