球周注射在多途径联合给药治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究球周注射在多途径联合给药治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹中的效果。方法2020年8月—2021年8月间择取在浦城县医院就诊的70例糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者作为研究对象,通过计算机随机分组法规范分组,对照组纳入实施常规治疗的35例患者,观察组则纳入加用球周注射治疗的35例患者。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,观察组的临床症状积分、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,眼裂高度、复视像距离均优于对照组,临床总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入组时、治疗结束后,两组上述指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于多途径联合给药治疗糖尿病性眼肌麻痹患者中加用球周注射治疗,在短期内具有较好的疗效,能够较好地改善临床症状以及降低血糖水平。Objective To study the effect of peribulbar injection in the treatment of diabetic ocular myopathy by combined administration of multiple routes.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021,a total of 70 patients with diabetic ophthalmic palsy treated in Pucheng County Hospital were selected as the research objects,and standardized grouping was performed by computer randomized method.35 patients receiving routine treatment were included in the control group,and 35 patients receiving peri-ball injection were included in the observation group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 1 month of treatment,the clinical symptom score,fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the eye fissure height and diplopia image distance were better than those of the control group,and the total clinical efficiency were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the groups in the above indicators at the time of enrollment and after the end of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes ophthalmoplegia patients with multi route combined administration,the peribulbar injection treatment has a good effect in the short term,which can better improve the clini-cal symptoms and reduce the blood sugar level.
