糖尿病胃轻瘫应用加味附子理中汤治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病胃轻瘫应用加味附子理中汤治疗的可行性。方法选择2019年8月—2022年2月于北京市西城区广外医院就诊的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者80例,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施多潘立酮治疗,观察组患者实施加味附子理中汤治疗,对比两组患者血糖水平、中医证候积分以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者各项血糖水平指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃脘疼痛、脘腹胀满、食少纳差及恶心呕吐中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病胃轻瘫患者应用中药加味附子理中汤治疗较西药治疗在调节患者血糖水平、降低中医证候积分、强化治疗效果方面的影响更为显著。Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with the modi-fied Fuzi Lizhong decoction.Methods Eighty patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted to Guangwai Hospital,Xicheng District,Beijing,from August 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 patients in each group by the digital random table method.The patients in the control group were treated with domperidone and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Fuzi Lizhong de-coction.The blood glucose levels,TCM syndrome scores and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant comparison of the blood glucose level indexes between the two groups be-fore treatment(P>0.05),and the blood glucose indexes such as fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms such as pain in the stomach and epigastric region,distention and fullness,poor appetite and nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients with gastroparesis with Chinese herbal medicine with the modified Fuzi Lizhong decoction has a more significant effect on regulating patients’blood glucose level,reducing the TCM symptom scores and strengthening the treatment effect than the treatment with West-ern medicine.
