短期胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪在妊娠糖尿病患者治疗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨短期胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪在妊娠糖尿病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选取福州市长乐区医院2019年2月—2021年8月期间收治的88例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(短期胰岛素泵联合动态血糖监测仪)和对照组(常规治疗)各44例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组空腹血糖水平(5.31±0.56)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(7.20±0.94)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白水平(6.25±0.74)%低于对照组的(6.89±0.84)mmol/L、(8.49±1.16)mmol/L、(7.47±0.79)%,差异有统计学意义(t=10.381、5.731、7.476,P<0.05)。观察组剖宫产率、早产发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的三酰甘油、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的产后并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠糖尿病患者的临床治疗中,应用动态血糖监测仪,密切关注患者的血糖水平变化,便于制订合理的治疗方案,给予短期胰岛素泵治疗,可以获得良好的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of short-term insulin pump combined with dynamic blood glucose monitor in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 88 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Fuzhou Changle District Hospital from February 2019 to August 2021 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group(short-term insulin pump combined with dynamic blood glucose monitor)and control group(routine treatment),44 cases each.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Fasting blood glucose level in the observation group(5.31±0.56)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose level(7.20±0.94)mmol/L,Hb Alc level(6.25±0.74)%in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(6.89±0.84)mmol/L,(8.49±1.16)mmol/L,(7.47±0.79)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.381,5.731,7.476,P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and preterm birth rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,the application of dynamic blood glucose monitor to closely pay attention to the changes in the blood glucose level of patients is convenient to develop a reasonable treatment plan,and short-term insulin pump therapy can obtain good therapeutic effect.
