摘　　要：简要介绍铁路安防数据记录器的由来与发展、国内外相关法规和标准规范,分析国外TELOC、Trainnet、REDBOX事件记录器的定义及功能特点。根据我国铁路列车设备情况,分析LKJ-2000型列车运行监控记录装置、机车远程监测与诊断系统(CMD)等产品装车情况,以及铁路安防数据记录器相关产品的特点及存在问题。针对铁路事故调查的时效性、权威性、准确性及全面性等多方面的需求,结合铁路安防数据记录器开发应用过程中可能存在的问题,提出加强法制建设、制定抗毁防护性能指标标准、研究数据集成化设计方案、建立译码中心的建议。The paper provides an overview of the origin and the development of railway security data recorder,studies the relevant Chinese and international regulations,standards and codes concerned,and looks into the definition and functions of TELOC,Trainnet and REDBOX event recorders.In light of the train status in China,the paper analyzes the pros and cons of LKJ-2000 train operation monitoring and recording device,the locomotive remote monitoring and diagnosis system(CMD)as well as the related products of railway security data recorder.In view of the requirements for timeliness,authenticity,accuracy and comprehensiveness for the investigation results of railway accident,and in light of the potential drawbacks in the development and application of railway security data recorder,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the legal basis,formulate standards for survivability and protection performance indexes,study data integration design schemes and establish decoding centers.
