抗糖尿病药物不良反应特征及用药建议

摘　　要：目的:分析抗糖尿病药物的不良反应特征,并探讨合理用药方法。方法:收集2019年1月—2022年1月本院收治的需要服用抗糖尿病药物且出现不良反应的90例患者临床资料,分析患者的临床特征。结果:不良反应患者主要集中于54~66岁年龄段,女性略高于男性;药物类型中以胰岛素占比最多,其次是二甲双胍和格列齐特;不良反应以低血糖为主,其次为消化系统;有30例(33.33%)患者存在不合理用药情况,60例(66.67%)患者存在联合用药情况;经针对性治疗后,88例(97.78%)患者病情痊愈或者出现了好转,2例(2.22%)患者由于不配合治疗致残或者致死。结论:重点关注女性服用抗糖尿病药物(尤其是胰岛素)后的不良反应,特别是低血糖,注意用药的合理性,尽量不采用联合用药,鼓励患者配合治疗,尽早痊愈。Objective: To analyze the adverse reaction characteristics of antidiabetic drugs and explore the rational use of drugs. Methods: Collected the clinical data of 90 patients who needed to take anti diabetes drugs and have adverse reactions from January 2019 to January 2022, and analyzed the clinical characteristics of the patients. Results: The patients with adverse reactions mainly concentrated in the 54~66 years old age group, and women were slightly higher than men.Among the drug types, insulin accounted for the most, followed by metformin and gliclazide;The main adverse reactions were hypoglycemia, followed by digestive system;30 patients(33.33%) had irrational drug use, 60 patients(66.67%) had combined drug use;After targeted treatment, 88 patients(97.78%) recovered or improved, and 2 patients(2.22%) were disabled or died due to failure to cooperate with treatment. Conclusion: Pay attention to the adverse reactions of women after taking antidiabetic drugs(especially insulin), especially hypoglycemia, pay attention to the rationality of drug use, try not to use combined drugs, encourage patients to cooperate with treatment and recover as soon as possible.
