摘　　要：目的:探讨西洛他唑片联合银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取2016年12月—2021年12月我院收治的70例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予银杏达莫注射液,观察组给予西洛他唑片联合银杏达莫注射液,比较两组腓总神经和正中神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、临床疗效以及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平和不良反应。结果:观察组腓总神经和正中神经的SNCV、MNCV高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、HCY、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:西洛他唑片联合银杏达莫注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果良好,可改善病变神经的传导速度,减轻炎性因子水平,具有较高的安全性,值得临床使用。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Cilostazol Tablets combined with Yinxingdamo Injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: A total of 70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Yinxingdamo injection, while the observation group was treated with Cilostazol tablets combined with Yinxingdamo injection. The sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of common peroneal nerve and median nerve, clinical efficacy, serum C-reactive protein(CRP), homocysteine(HCY),interleukin-6(IL-6) levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: SNCV and MNCV of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of CRP, HCY and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion:Cilostazol tablets combined with Yinxingdamo injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good effect,can improve the nerve conduction velocity, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, with high safety, worthy of clinical use.
