摘　　要：目的:探讨多维度药物护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年7月—2022年7月经本院心内科收治老年高血压患者120例进行研究,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)及观察组(n=60)。对照组给予常规管理,观察组于对照组基础上另施以多维度药物护理,比较两组血压控制效果、抗高血压药合理使用情况、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组血压控制良好率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不合理用药发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的21.67%(P<0.05);经Ridit分析,观察组治疗依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后SF-12中生理健康及心理健康评分高于护理前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的18.33%(P<0.05)。结论:心内科老年高血压患者应用多维度药物护理可有效控制血压,有利于合理使用抗高血压药,进而提升生活质量,减少不良反应发生概率。Objective: To explore the application effect of multidimensional drug nursing in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods: A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the department of cardiology of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected for study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=60). The control group was given routine management, and the observation group was given multi-dimensional drug nursing on the basis of the control group. The blood pressure control effect, rational use of antihypertensive drugs, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results: The good rate of blood pressure control in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 21.67% in the control group(P<0.05). According to Ridit analysis, the treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physical health and mental health in SF-12 after nursing in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 18.33% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of multidimensional drug nursing in elderly patients with hypertension in cardiology department can effectively control blood pressure, which is conducive to the rational use of antihypertensive drugs, thus improving the quality of life and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
