摘　　要：芹菜素是一种主要存在于柑橘类水果、蔬菜、香料和草药中的生物活性黄酮类化合物。在癌症、心血管疾病和肿瘤中具有很强的治疗活性。根据记载,芹菜素可以在体外肿瘤细胞系和体内肿瘤中调节多种细胞内、外信号通路,从而延缓或抑制组织的异常生长;芹菜素与抗癌药物的联合使用还可以增强抗癌药物治疗肿瘤的效果。从芹菜素的结构、生物活性及在预防和治疗不同类型癌症中的潜力等方面进行综述,为进一步研究芹菜素对机体的免疫调节提供理论基础。Apigenin is a kind of bioactive flavonoid compound mainly existing in citrus fruits,vegetables,spices and herbs.It has strong therapeutic activity in cancer,cardiovascular disease and tumor.According to records,apigenin can regulate various intracellular and extracellular signaling pathways in tumor cell lines in vitro and tumors in vivo,thereby delaying or inhibiting abnormal growth of tissues;The combination of apigenin and anticancer drugs can also enhance the effect of anticancer drugs in the treatment of tumors.In this paper,the structure,biological activity and potential of apigenin in the prevention and treatment of different types of cancer were reviewed,providing a theoretical basis for further research on the immune regulation of apigenin.
