摘　　要：湿疹是皮肤科常见病,其临床特点是瘙痒剧烈、反复发作且伴渗出易呈慢性。本文初步探讨了风寒湿燥邪气与寒湿型湿疹发病的相关性。研究发现寒湿型湿疹除受风寒湿燥邪侵袭之外,还与外邪所引起的肺、脾、肾三脏的功能失调关系密切,治疗当淡渗利湿、温脾散寒,辛温发汗、开通腠理,温补肾阳、固护阳气,以期为临床寒湿型湿疹防治提供一定的理论依据。Eczema is a common disease in dermatology and the rash is characterized by multiple pruritus and repeated occurrence.This paper is preliminarily discussedthe relationship between wind, cold and dampness and the development of cold and dampness eczema.The study found that the cold damp eczema in addition to wind cold wet dryness evil invasion, it is also closely related to the dysfunction of lung, spleen and kidney.The treatment should use the method of inducing diuresis with bland drug, warming spleen for dispelling cold, dredging sweat pore, warmly invigorating kidney Yang and strengthening the Yang and Qi.To provide some theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cold-dampness eczema.
