摘 要:目的:观察Sopfrology联想分娩-Lamaze呼吸-Kegel运动(SLK)训练联合生物反馈电刺激在围产期孕妇中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年8月至2020年7月于该院行定期检查的144例孕妇的临床资料,根据干预方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各72例。对照组采用生物反馈电刺激干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用SLK训练,比较两组干预前后盆底肌张力评分、尿失禁发生率、分娩方式和性生活质量满意度。结果:产后1、10周,研究组盆底肌张力评分均高于孕24周,且高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产后6个月尿失禁发生率低于对照组,阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组性生活质量满意度为91.66%(66/72),高于对照组的79.17%(57/72),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SLK训练联合生物反馈电刺激应用于围产期孕妇可提高盆底肌张力评分、性生活质量满意度和阴道分娩率,降低产后尿失禁发生率,其效果优于单纯生物反馈电刺激。Objective: To observe application effects of SLK training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in perinatal pregnant women. Methods: The clinical data of 144 pregnant women who were regularly examined in the hospital from August 2018 to July 2020were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group and study group according to different intervention methods, 72 cases in each.The control group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation, while the study group was treated with SLK training on the basis of that of the control group. The pelvic floor muscle tension score, the incidence of urinary incontinence, the mode of delivery and the sexual life quality satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: 1 and 10 weeks after delivery, the pelvic floor muscle tension scores of the study group were higher than those at 24 weeks of pregnancy, and higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 6 months after delivery, the incidence of urinary incontinence in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Further, the sexual life quality satisfaction in the study group was 91.66%(66/72), which was higher than 79.17%(57/72) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: SLK training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation in the perinatal pregnant women can improve the pelvic floor muscle tension score, the sexual life quality satisfaction and the vaginal delivery rate, and reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence. Moreover, it is superior to single biofeedback electrical stimulation.
