摘 要:目的:探讨仿生物电刺激联合康复训练在产后腹直肌分离患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院收治的62例产后腹直肌分离患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各31例。对照组实施康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联用仿生物电刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效、干预前后腹直肌分离距离、腹围及盆底肌肌力。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.55%(29/31),高于对照组的67.74%(21/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组腹直肌分离距离及腹围均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仿生物电刺激联合康复训练治疗产后腹直肌分离患者效果显著,可有效改善腹直肌分离,提高肌力,减小腹围,增强盆底肌功能,效果优于单用康复训练。Objective: To explore application effects of bionic electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training in rehabilitation nursing of patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation. Methods: 62 patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the prospective study, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 31 cases in each. The control group was given rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given bionic electrical stimulation on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, the rectus abdominis separation distance, the abdominal circumference, and the pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%(29/31), which was higher than 67.74%(21/31) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the separation distance and the rectus abdominis separation distance in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After the intervention, the muscle strength levels of class I and class II muscle fibers in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Bionic electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training has significant effects in the treatment of the patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation, which can effectively improve the rectus abdominis separation, improve the muscle strength,reduce the abdominal circumference, and enhance the pelvic floor muscle function. Moreover, it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
