摘 要:在数智化转型背景下,AI技术广泛、充分地应用到网络运营运维生产实践中,取得了诸多成果,也出现了部分AI应用效果不显著等问题。为规避网络运维智能化AI应用落地实践中出现的各种问题,本文探讨网络智能化应用效果评估思路,提出网络智能化应用价值评估方法论,并通过具体案例对评估方法论进行验证,规划出“价值高,贴近一线,技术成熟,易于推广”的智能应用场景,实现资源精准投放和精准建设。In the context of transformation to digital and intelligent,Al technology has been widely and fully applied to the practice of network operation,maintenance and production,and has gained many achievements.At the same time,there also exists some problems,like some AI applications are not effective.In order to avoid various problems in the implementation of AI application,this paper discussed the idea of network intelligent application effect evaluation,and proposed the evaluation method of network intelligent application value,and the evaluation method was verified through specific cases.Through the network intelligent application value evaluation methodology,the"high value,close to the ground,mature technology,easy to promote"intelligent application scenarios was planned to achieve the precise investmentand construction of resources.
