“三生空间”视角下城市综合承载力研究——以安徽省为例  

Research on Urban Comprehensive Carrying Capacity System from the Perspective of“Sansheng Space”——Taking Anhui Province as an Example

摘　　要：基于“三生空间”理念,从生产空间、生活空间、生态空间3个方面构建了城市综合承载力评价指标体系,对安徽省各城市的“三生空间”城市综合承载力进行测算,并引用耦合协调度模型和障碍因子进行分析。通过分析,得出以下结论:2015—2019年间,安徽省城市综合承载力的发展没有明显的变化,但层级分化严重,各城市发展不平衡现象较为明显。安徽省各城市经济发展不平衡现象较为严重,各城市“三生空间”耦合协调度除合肥处于勉强协调状态,其他各城市均处于轻微失调和中度失调状态。通过影响安徽省城市综合承载力的主要障碍因子诊断结果可以看出,主要障碍因素为道路面积和建设用地面积,多数指标分布在生产和生活空间,表明生产和生活空间是影响安徽省城市综合承载力发展的主要制约因素。Based on the concept of“Sansheng Space”,the evaluation index system of urban comprehensive carrying capacity is constructed from three aspects:production space,living space and ecological space.The urban comprehensive carrying capacity of“Sansheng space”in Anhui Province are calculated and the coupled coordination model and obstacle factor are used for analysis.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:From 2015 to 2019,the development of urban comprehensive carrying capacity in Anhui Province did not change significantly,but the level differentiation was severe,and the unbalanced development of various cities was obvious.The unbalanced economic development of cities in Anhui Province is relatively serious.The coupling coordination degree of“Sansheng space”in each city,except Hefei,is in a barely coordinated state,a slight and moderate imbalance.From the diagnosis results of the main obstacle factors affecting the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities in Anhui Province,it can be seen that the main obstacle factors are road area and construction land area.Most indicators are distributed in the production space and living space,indicating that production space and living space are the main constraint factors affecting the development of comprehensive urban carrying capacity of Anhui Province.
