摘 要:针对昌景黄高铁某(88+160+88)m高墩大跨连续刚构梁施工项目,开展桥梁精细化施工控制,结合有限元计算,对监控中挂篮非弹性变形、实测参数及温度修正、对顶力控制等关键问题进行研究。结果表明:在连续梁2号块及其之后各节段浇筑时,挂篮存在非弹性变形,提出一种挂篮非弹性变形算法,得到挂篮非弹性变形为3~8 mm;实测参数中,容重及弹性模量对线形影响较大,线形计算中应予以考虑;摩阻系数、管道偏差系数、对顶力对线形影响很小,可忽略;温度对施工过程线形影响较大。在日照温度作用明显的天气设置预拱度时,应在温度稳定且满足设计温度时,再次对挂篮标高进行复测并调整。季节性整体温差,应在线形控制中叠加考虑。在对顶力施工控制时,控制效果为:修正对顶力控制>设计顶力控制>修正对顶位移控制。In view of the construction project of a(88+160+88)m high pier and long-span continuous rigid frame beam of Nanchang-Jingdezhen-Huangshan HSR,the fine construction control of bridges is carried out,and the key problems such as inelastic deformation of hanging basket,measured parameters and temperature correction,and jacking force control in monitoring are studied in combination with finite element calculation.The results show that:During the pouring of No.2 block of continuous beam and its subsequent segments,the hanging basket has inelastic deformation,which is 3~8 mm calculated by the proposed inelastic deformation algorithm of the hanging basket;among the measured parameters,the unit weight and elastic modulus have a great influence on the alignment,which should be considered in the alignment calculation;the friction coefficient,pipe deviation coefficient and jacking force have little influence on the alignment and can be ignored;temperature has a great influence on the alignment during construction.When setting the pre-camber in the weather with obvious sunlight temperature effect,the elevation of the hanging basket shall be re-measured and adjusted when the temperature is stable and meets the design temperature.The overall seasonal temperature difference shall be considered in the alignment control.In the construction control of jacking force,the corrected jacking force provides optimal control,followed by the design jacking force,and the design displacement is the worst.
