摘　　要：为提高铁路施工建设全产业链数字化、信息化应用水平,全面提升铁路建设质量,依托京雄城际铁路四电施工项目,基于BIM+GIS数据集成技术,搭建一体化的京雄城际铁路四电施工管理平台。应用BIM技术,完成虚拟建造、碰撞检测、管线优化、深化出图、工程量统计等工作,建立项目模型并进行可视化交底,确保从设计阶段到施工阶段的无缝对接。京雄城际铁路四电施工管理平台具备驾驶舱管理、三维电子沙盘、接触网智能预配信息管理、施工进度管理、监控管理、安全和质量管理、物资管理等功能,可实现铁路施工各阶段管理数据的整合和不断优化。建立数字化、自动化、集成化的四电施工管理平台,保证安全生产、管理质量和效率,提高四电施工水平,缩短项目建设周期,为铁路工程的信息化、智能化施工起到典型示范作用。In order to improve the digitalization and IT application of all industrial chains of railway construction and enhance the quality of railway construction in all aspects,an integrated construction management platform for communication,signal,power supply and electrification is developed based on BIM+GIS data integration technology of the communication,signal,power supply and electrification project of Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway.BIM technology is applied to carry out virtual construction,collision inspection,pipe optimization,detailed drawing production,work amount statistics,establish project models and implement visual technical clarification to ensure seamless converge from the design stage to the construction stage.The communication,signal,power supply and electrification construction management platform of Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway has the functions of cab management,3D electronic sand table,OCS intelligent pre-assembly information management,construction progress management,monitoring management,safety and quality management,material management,etc.,which can realize the integration and continuous optimization of management data in all stages of railway construction.The digital,automated and integrated construction management platform for communication,signal,power supply and electrification ensures work safety,management quality and efficiency,improves the construction,and shortens the construction period of the project.It plays a demonstration role for the IT-based and intelligent construction of railway projects.
