摘 要:磁悬浮电机采用电磁轴承支撑转轴,当其应用于不间断运行场合且发生短时断电时,要求电机在电网恢复后能快速重启,且断电时间内磁轴承能持续供电,以免转轴跌落损毁。针对该问题,提出一种高可靠的磁悬浮电机断电重启控制策略,高速断电时采用电压电流双闭环控制,对电机进行无传感矢量发电控制,电网恢复后进行带速重启,外环快速切换至转速环,电机重新进入矢量电动控制模式;低速断电时,采用升压式能量回馈制动控制,电网恢复后待电机制动完全再进行零速重启。仿真及实验结果验证了该方法的有效性,相比传统的电机制动完全后再零速重启的方法,高速断电下能极大缩短重启时间。Magnetic levitation motor adopts electromagnetic bearing to support the rotating shaft.When it is applied to the uninterrupted operation occasions and short-term power failure occurs,the motor is required to restart quickly after the power grid is restored,and the magnetic bearing can be continuously powered during the power failure time,so as to avoid the damage of the rotating shaft due to falling.To solve this problem,a highly reliable control strategy for magnetic suspension motor restart after power failure was proposed.When the motor was in high speed and the power grid was cut off,the strategy adopted voltage and current double closed-loop control,and carried out sensorless vector power generation control for the motor.After the power grid was restored,the motor restarted with speed,the outer loop quickly switched to the speed loop,and the motor re-entered the vector electric control mode.When the power grid was powered off and the motor was in low-speed state,the strategy adopted boost energy feedback braking control.After the power grid was restored,the motor was restarted at zero speed after fully braked.Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.Compared with the traditional method of zero-speed restart after complete motor braking,the restart time can be greatly reduced under high-speed power failure.
