摘　　要：基于一般生产函数构建了一个区域绿色创新的发展模型,力图解释外商直接投资(FDI)、产业聚集与绿色创新三者之间的关系,并借助面板回归模型和面板门槛模型实证分析了外商直接投资水平对区域绿色创新能力的非线性影响。结果表明:外商直接投资对区域绿色创新能力的提升具有显著的正向促进作用,且这种作用会受到产业聚集水平的单一门槛效应的影响,即当产业聚集水平超过门槛值时,外商直接投资水平的正向作用会加强。此外,外商直接投资对绿色创新能力的影响呈现出地区异质性,在东部地区呈现出显著的促进作用,而在中部和西部地区并未发现这种现象。Based on the general production function, a regional green innovation development model is constructed, trying to explain the relationship between foreign direct investment(FDI), industrial agglomeration, and green innovation. With the panel regression and panel threshold model, this paper analyzes the non-linear influence of foreign direct investment level on the regional green innovation capability. The results show that FDI has a significant positive effect on the improvement of regional green innovation capabilities, and this effect will be affected by the single threshold effect of the industrial agglomeration level;that is, when the industrial agglomeration level exceeds the threshold, the positive impact of FDI on regional green innovation capabilities will be strengthened.In addition, the effect of foreign direct investment on green innovation capabilities shows regional heterogeneity, it shows a significant promotion effect in the eastern region, but this phenomenon has not been found in the central and western areas.
