摘 要:针对接地故障基波电流全补偿问题展开探讨,简要介绍了全补偿柔性控制原理,并结合接地故障实际情况深入分析了柔性控制系统的运行要点,包括测量电网绝缘参数、故障电流电阻计算等,明确了基波电流补偿方法和接地柔性控制方法。最后,针对偏置接地柔性控制系统进行仿真实验和验证分析。根据研究结果可知,该新型接地故障基波电流全补偿柔性控制系统适用于中性点不接地情况,有着较好的故障消弧能力,在实际应用中具有较高的可行性。This paper discusses the problem of full compensation of fundamental wave current for grounding fault,briefly introduces the principle of full compensation flexible control,and combining with the actual situation of grounding fault,deeply analyzes the key points of flexible control system,it includes the measurement of insulation parameters and the calculation of fault current resistance,the method of fundamental current compensation and the method of flexible ground control,simulation experiments and verification analysis are carried out for the bias-grounded flexible control system.According to the research results,the new flexible control system with full compensation of fundamental current for grounding fault is suitable for the case of non-grounding neutral point,and has good ability of arc suppression,the system has high feasibility in practical application.
