摘 要:针对开关电源在工作过程中给电网带来的谐波和无功功率污染问题,根据单相有源功率因数校正电路的电流控制基本原理,通过理论推导得出电路中关键电气参数的计算公式,在小型化条件下完成功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)主功率电路关键元器件的选型和电路设计。控制电路作为单相PFC电路的控制核心,采用控制芯片搭配外围电路的方式实现输入电流对输入电压的相位跟随。设计了原理样机装置,达到了电源输入端无功功率基本消除和谐波分量有效控制的目的,完成了小型化PFC装置的设计和实现。In view of the harmonic and reactive power pollution caused by switching power supply to the power grid in the working process,according to the current control principle of single-phase active power factor correction circuit,the calculation formula of key electrical parameters in the circuit is derived theoretically,and the selection of key components of Power Factor Correction(PFC)main power circuit is completed under the premise that the volume is as small as possible.As the control core of single-phase PFC circuit,the control circuit uses a control chip and peripheral circuits to achieve the phase tracking of input current to input voltage.The principle prototype device is designed,which achieves the purpose of basic elimination of reactive power and effective control of harmonic components at the power input,and completes the design and implementation of a miniaturized PFC device.
