摘　　要：为进一步提升网络运行管理质量,要结合网际互连协议(Internet Protocol,IP)承载网应用要求,整合业务内容和服务过程,建立更加匹配的组网技术运行体系,更好地向多业务承载目标发展,实现通信经济效益和社会效益的和谐统一。集中分析了IP承载网组网技术的相关内容,并对安全控制过程展开讨论。In order to further improve the quality of network operation and management,it is necessary to combine the application requirements of the Interconnection Protocol(IP)bearer network,integrate the business content and service process,establish a more matching networking technology operation system,and better develop towards the goal of multi-service bearing,and realize the harmonious unity of communication economic and social benefits.The IP bearer network networking technology related content was analyzed,and the security control process was discuss.
