摘　　要：设计一种电信运营商互联网数据中心(Internet Data Center,IDC)业务监控系统。该系统部署在远程终端上,利用多种开源软件不间断监测IDC客户业务的通断状态,统计客户业务的中断时长、网络时延等关键参数,主动预警并通知电信运营商IDC维护人员和客户进行处理,提升了电信运营商处理IDC客户业务故障的效率。该系统将电信运营商IDC客户业务的故障监控由被动发现变为主动监控,对于电信运营商提升IDC客户服务满意度有重要意义。This paper designs a Internet Data Center(IDC)service monitoring system for telecom operators.The system is deployed on the remote terminal,uses a variety of open source software to continuously monitor the on-off status of IDC customer services,counts key parameters such as the interruption duration and network delay of customer services,proactively alerts and notifies IDC maintenance engineer and customers of telecom operators for handling,which improves the efficiency of telecom operators in handling IDC customer business failures.This system changes the fault monitoring of IDC customer service of telecom operators from passive detection to active monitoring,which is of great significance for telecom operators to improve IDC customer service satisfaction.
