摘　　要：俄罗斯反导体系经历过领先世界发展也走过体制改革弯路,其现有逐渐趋于成熟的反导体系建设、发展和运用理念对于我军反导体系建设具有重要意义。从作战体制、装备组成、力量运用和发展策略4个方面对俄军反导体系进行了分析。首先从战略和非战略2个方面对俄军反导作战体制机制进行了分析,然后介绍了俄军反导装备指挥控制、预警探测和火力拦截系统基本性能,最后总结了俄军反导作战力量运用和发展策略并提出了我军发展意见建议。The development of Russia's anti-missile system used to lead the world,but it was also delayed by institutional reform.Its existing gradually mature anti-missile system construction,develop⁃ment and application of ideas for the construction of our military anti-missile system is of great signifi⁃cance.The Russian anti-missile system is analyzed from four aspects of the operation organization,equipment composition,force employment and use strategy.Firstly,the anti-missile operation system and mechanism of Russian army are analyzed from strategic and non-strategic perspectives.Secondly,the basic performance of command and control,early warning detection and fire interception system of Russian military anti-missile equipment is introduced.Finally,the strategy of using anti-missile com⁃bat forces is summarized,and some suggestions on the development of China's anti-missile combat system are put forward.
