摘 要:根据广西北港新材料有限公司不锈钢冶炼的原料条件及工艺参数,开发了网页版的不锈钢生产原料性价评价与全流程冶炼配料优化模型。模型包括基础数据模块、性价比分析模块、初炼配料优化模块和精炼配料优化模块。其中,优化配料模型兼具手动配料和自动配料两种模式,自动配料是在满足目标产品成分和原料配比等限制条件下,以成本最低为目标,采用线性/非线性规划求解和先进的卷积神经网络等算法计算出原料的最优配比,并有效指导生产。目前,该模型已在广西北港新材料有限公司成功应用,吨钢成本降低3.0~10.0元/t,按照北港新材料不锈钢年产量300万t计算,每年降低成本900~3000万元,经济效益非常显著。According to the raw materials conditions and process parameters of stainless steel smelting in Guangxi Beigang New Material Co.,Ltd.,a web version model for evaluating raw material cost performance of stainless steel production and optimizing smelting raw materials in the whole process was developed.The model includes basic data module,cost performance analysis module,optimization module of primary refining batching and refining batching.Among them,the optimization model has both manual batching and automatic batching two modes.Automatic batching meets the target product composition and ratio of raw materials such limiting conditions,with the minimum cost as the goal,uses the linear/nonlinear programming and advanced convolution algorithm such as neural networks to calculate the optimal ratio of raw materials,and effectively guides the production.At present,the model has been successfully applied in Guangxi Beigang New Material Co.,Ltd.,and the cost per one ton steel has been reduced by 3.0~10.0 yuan/t,calculated by the annual output of 3 million tons of stainless steel,the annual cost has been reduced by 9~30 million yuan,with very significant economic benefits.
