富血小板血浆在肩袖损伤治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：肩袖损伤是引起肩痛及肩关节功能障碍的常见原因之一,其发病率高,可严重影响患者的生活质量,肩袖修复失败是目前临床工作中面临的巨大挑战。富血小板血浆作为组织修复再生的一种新兴疗法,为临床治疗肩袖损伤提供了新的思路。本文通过近几年的文献研究,阐述了富血小板血浆的制备、其生物学特性及近几年的体外、动物及临床试验等方面的研究现状,旨在规范富血小板血浆在肩袖损伤中的临床应用,找到富血小板血浆治疗肩袖损伤的最佳治疗条件。Rotator cuff injury is one of the common causes of shoulder pain and shoulder joint dysfunction,which has a high incidence and can seriously affect the quality of life of patients.The failure of rotator cuff repair is a huge challenge in clinical work at present.Platelet-rich plasma,as a new therapy for tissue repair and regeneration,provides a new idea for clinical treatment of rotator cuff injury.In this paper,through the literature research in recent years,the preparation of platelet-rich plasma,its biological characteristics and the research status of in vitro,animal and clinical trials in recent years are expounded,aiming at standardizing the clinical application of platelet-rich plasma in rotator cuff injury and finding the best treatment conditions for rotator cuff injury.
