摘 要:针对成庄矿强动压影响下采场巷道变形量大、维护成本高、矿压显现强烈的难题,研发新型高性能无机注浆材料,结合现场实践,提出采场巷道预注浆加固技术。现场试验表明,成庄矿23212巷顶底板移近量出现峰值225 mm,与23212巷未加固段相比,变形量缩减一半以上,新型无机注浆材料取得良好的加固效果,有效降低巷道加固区域变形量,助力矿井安全高效生产。Aiming at the problems of large deformation,high maintenance cost and strong mine pressure appearance of stope roadway under the influence of strong dynamic pressure,a new high-performance inorganic grouting material was developed.Combined with field practice,the pre-grouting reinforcement technology of stope roadway was proposed.The field test showed that the peak value of 23212 roadway roof and floor displacement was 225 mm.Compared with the unreinforced section of 23212 roadway,the deformation was reduced by more than half.The new inorganic grouting material achieved good reinforcement effect,effectively reduced the deformation of the roadway reinforcement area,and was helpful to the safe and efficient production of the mine.
