中空注浆锚索在破碎复合顶板加固中的研究与应用

摘　　要：中空注浆锚索是一种新型的注浆材料,使用安装方便,在提高顶板支护强度等方面效果明显。针对冀中股份章村矿2610下巷局部地段软岩破碎支护困难的问题,结合该矿自身生产地质条件,对破碎复合顶板条件下的支护技术进行系统研究,制定了中空注浆锚索施工技术方案,并在煤矿井下实际生产中进行应用,结果表明,采取注浆锚索加固后,巷道顶板重新形成一个完整体,最初一周下沉量为10 mm,后期逐步趋于稳定,不再下沉,巷道顶板得到有效控制。Hollow grouting anchor cable is a new type of grouting material,which is easy to use and install,and has obvious effect in improving roof support strength.Aiming at the problem of difficult support of soft rock fracture in the local section of No.2610 lower roadway,combined with its own production geological conditions in Zhangcun Mine,the support technology under the condition of broken composite roof was systematically studied,the construction technology scheme of hollow grouting anchor cable was formulated and was applied in the actual production.The results showed that after grouting anchor cable reinforcement,the roadway roof was re-formed into a complete whole,and the subsidence in the first week was 10 mm.In the later stage,it gradually tended to be stable,and the roadway roof was effectively controlled.
