摘  要:为保证邢东矿安全监测监控系统稳定运行,需对监测系统中的监测分站进行优化改造。经过分析研究,在不降低监测分站设备性能的前提下,通过采取为分站增加断电续传功能、分站电源箱储备能量优化、分站电源箱电源模块优化以及监测分站外观改造等一系列措施后,实现了邢东矿监测分站快速进行高压缩比的数据压缩、存储、传输等功能,增强了监测监控系统数据传输稳定性,完善了监测系统“监”和“控”两大功能,保证员工人身安全。In order to ensure the stable operation of the safety monitoring and control system in Xingdong Mine,it is necessary to optimize the monitoring substation in the monitoring system.After analysis and research,under the premise of not reducing the performance of the monitoring substation equipment,by adopting a series of measures such as adding power-off and continuous transmission function for the substation,optimizing the reserved energy of the substation power supply box,optimizing the power supply module of the substation power supply box and transforming the appearance of the monitoring substation,the functions of data compression,storage and transmission with high compression ratio are realized in the monitoring substation of Xingdong Mine,which enhances the data transmission stability of the monitoring and control system,and improves the two functions of’monitoring’and’control’of the monitoring system to ensure the personal safety of employees.
