摘  要:针对悬浮法生产PVC树脂过程中出现的聚合釜利用率降低的问题,从聚合釜粘釜情况、终止剂加入阀门、聚合反应中途注水量、釜顶冷凝器顶部不凝气等方面着手进行了排查,确定了聚合釜利用率降低的主要原因,解决了生产中遇到的瓶颈问题,为同行业提供了借鉴。Aiming at the problems that the utilization rate of polymerizers reduced during production of PVC resins by suspension method,investigations were carried out from aspects of polymerizer scaling conditions,valves for adding terminators,water adding amont in the middle of polymerization reaction,noncondensed gas at the top of overhead condensers.The main reasons for the decrease in the utilization rate of polymerizers were determined,and the bottleneck problems encountered in production were solved.References were provided forthe same industry.
