摘 要:随着新型电力系统建设的深入开展,各专业对调度自动化系统电网数据信息需求逐渐增多,由于系统建设的差异性,导致用户系统应用数据难度大、适用性不强,并且存在全网数据泄密问题。因此,详细介绍了调度自动化信息交互现状,阐述了调度技术支持系统对外提供数据存在问题;设计了D5000系统对外发布模板化软件,阐述了软件总体方案和系统结构,描述了模板设计器设计方法及作用。结合实际案例进行分析,结果表明:需求方在使用电网数据时,无须建立强大的调度数据分析系统,可以直接调取所需数据或结论,对于需求方具有更好的实际意义。With the in-depth development of the new power system construction,the demand of grid data information in dispatching automation system is gradually increasing among various specialties.The differences in system construction lead to the difficult data application,the weak applicability of user system,and the problem of data leakage in the whole network.This paper firstly introduced the current situation of dispatching automation information interaction in detail,and expounded the problems of dispatching automation technical support system in publishing data outward.In view of these problems,the outward-publishing intelligent information management software of D5000 system was designed,the overall scheme and system structure of the software were elaborated,and the design method and function of the template designer were described.Combined with actual cases for analysis,the results indicated that when the demand sides appling the outward-publishing intelligent information management software and using power grid data,they can directly extract the required data or conclusions and not need to establish a strong dispatching data analysis system,which has better practical significance for the demand sides.
