摘  要:为了提高水资源利用率,通过极限碳酸盐硬度试验、动态循环模拟试验,确定机组循环水系统最优运行工艺参数:阻垢剂加药量为2.5 mg/L时浓缩倍率控制为4.5~5.5,Cl^(-)含量为184.51~196.92 mg/L,全碱度为2.71~3.52 mmol/L,pH为8.30~8.51,CODCr为28.36~40.25 mg/L,总磷(以P计)含量为0.60~0.85 mg/L。在此运行条件下,循环水系统无结垢腐蚀倾向,污垢热阻小于标准要求值。In order to improve the utilization rate of water resources,through the limit carbonate hardness test and dynamic cycle simulation test,the optimal operation parameters of open circulating water system of a power plant were identified:when dosage of antisludging agent was 2.5 mg/L,cycle of Concentration is 4.5~5.5,Cl^(-)content is 184.51~196.92 mg/L,total alkalinity is 2.71~3.52 mmol/L,pH is 8.30~8.51,CODCris 28.36~40.25 mg/L total phosphorus(P)is 0.60~0.85 mg/L.Circulating water system had no scaling tendency under this operating condition,and the fouling thermal resistance was less than the standard value.
