摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中的“五脏一体观”是整体观的核心理论,包含有五脏循环一体与五脏功能一体。中风病有广义与狭义之分,狭义中风病局限于现代医学的脑血管疾病,广义中风病包含风首邪气乘正虚中于人体发生层级传变所致外感、内伤的多种疾病。广义中风病病因病机研究从“五脏一体观”与疾病发展过程的整体开展,认识到内外合因是疾病产生的根源,风首邪气侵入具备皮络经腑脏层次的人体,在正邪盛衰动态变化中形成一系列证与病的漫长演变。The integration of five internal organs in Huangdi Neijing is the core theory of holism,which includes the integration of the circulation and function of the five internal organs.Stroke disease can be divided into broad and narrow sense,narrow sense of stroke disease is limited to the cerebrovascular disease of modern medicine,apoplexy in a broad sense caused by evil qi includes many kinds of exogenous disease and internal injury.The evil qi at the head of the wind takes advantage of the positive and deficiency,and the hierarchical transmission changes occur in the human body.The research on the etiology and pathogenesis of generalized apoplexy is carried out from the perspective of the integration of five internal organs and the overall development process of the disease.It is recognized that the internal and external causes are the root cause of the disease.The wind head evil qi invades the human body with the level of skin collaterals,meridians and viscera,forming a long evolution of a series of syndromes and diseases in the dynamic changes of the rise and fall of good and evil.
