从脉象再议肝主疏泄理论——李敬林教授学术思想传承

摘　　要：继承和发扬名老中医的学术思想和临床经验是中医药事业发展的关键所在。李敬林教授为全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作及学位指导老师,辽宁孟氏“调气祛痰”流派一代传承人,从事中西医结合临床工作50余载。在总结李敬林教授的学术思想中,发现李敬林教授特别注重中医特色诊法在临床诊断中的应用,并且通过深入剖析其理论源泉而指导临床辨证施治,疗效甚好。The key to the development of traditional Chinese medicine lies in inheriting and developing the academic thoughts and clinical experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor.My teacher Professor Li Jinglin who is a mentor of national veteran Chinese medicine academic experience inheritance and degree,also as the current heir of Meng’s regulating qi and eliminating phlegm genre in Liaoning,has his career in combining Chinese traditional and western medicine over 50 years and particularly does well in the diagnosis and prevention of traditional Chinese medicine.In summing up Professor Li Jinglin’s academic thoughts,it was found that the teacher paid special attention to the application of special diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical diagnosis,and guided clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment through in-depth analysis of its theoretical source with very good curative effect.
