益肾法配合络穴止痛法治疗原发性痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾法配合络穴止痛法治疗原发性痛经(气滞血瘀型)的临床效果,与传统针刺方法进行效果对比,为今后临床治疗拓宽思路。方法将62例患者分为治疗组31例、对照组31例。每日治疗1次,6 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后,在治疗前后,对患者进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,统计学分析,然后比较2种治疗方法的效果。结果治疗结束后(对照组脱落1例),治疗组治愈5例,显效15例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率达90.32%(28/31);对照组治愈3例,显效12例,有效10例,无效5例,总有效率达83.33%(25/30)。结论经过统计学分析,益肾法、络穴止痛法和传统常规针刺治疗原发性痛经(气滞血瘀型),均能改善患者的疼痛程度,二者相比,治疗组疗效更好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of kidney tonifying method combined with collateral-acupoint pain-relieving method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),compare the efficacy with traditional acupuncture methods,and broaden the thinking for future clinical treatment.Methods 62 patients were divided into treatment group(31 cases)and control group(31 cases).The patients were treated once a day for 6 days as a course of treatment.After 3 courses of treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scores were performed for statistical analysis before and after treatment,and then the efficacy of the two treatments was compared.Results After the treatment(1 case shedding in the control group),5 cases were cured in the treatment group,15 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.32%(28/31).In the control group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate reached 83.33%(25/30).Conclusion After statistical analysis,kidney tonifying method combined with collateral-acupoint pain-relieving method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)can improve the pain degree of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Compared with the treatment group,the curative effect is better and the effect is faster.
