消炎止痒洗剂联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究消炎止痒洗剂联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏对湿热浸淫型湿疹患者的治疗效果。方法此次研究对象为山东省巨野县人民医院收治的60例湿热浸淫型湿疹患者,将其平均分为2组,对照组予以丙酸氟替卡松乳膏,观察组在对照组基础上予以消炎止痒洗剂,10 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗1个疗程。比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后的湿疹面积及严重指数(EASI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和炎性因子水平、治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后临床总有效率观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组EASI、VAS评分和血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消炎止痒洗剂联合丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹可有效缓解患者的皮损和瘙痒程度,抑制炎症反应,安全性较高,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyan Zhiyang lotion combined with fluticasone propionate cream on patients with dampness-heat immersion eczema.Methods The subjects of this study were all from the average grouping of 60 patients with dampness-heat infiltrating eczema admitted to Juye County People’s Hospital.The control group was given fluticasone propionate cream,and the observation group was given Xiaoyan Zhiyang lotion on the basis of the control group.10 days was a course of treatment,and both groups were treated for a course of treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment,the EASI,VAS scores before and after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,EASI,VAS score and serum levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in 2 groups were decreased after treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyan Zhiyang lotion combined with fluticasone propionate cream can effectively relieve the skin lesions and pruritus of patients with dampness-heat soaked eczema,inhibit the inflammation,and has high safety and significant clinical efficacy.
