蛸红敛疮油外用换药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床体会

摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病常见的、严重的并发症之一,致残和致死风险较高,加重了患者的经济和心理负担。糖尿病足溃疡是长期处于高糖状态导致溃疡经久难愈,单纯西医控糖、抗感染、清创治疗效果不佳,蛸红敛疮油具有收湿敛疮、化腐生肌的作用,蛸红敛疮油换药,明显促进疮面愈合,效果显著,值得推广。Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the common and serious complications of diabetes,higher risk of disability and death,increased the economic and psychological burden of patients.Diabetic foot ulcer is caused by long-term high glucose state,which leads to prolonged ulcer healing.Simple western medicine sugar control,anti-infection,debridement treatment effect is not good.Xiaohong Lianchuang oil has the functions of dampening excised sore and reducing saprophytic muscle.The dressing change of Xiaohong Lianchuang oil can obviously promote wound healing,and the effect is significant.
