摘  要:目的探讨苗医隔药纸火灸法对椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)模型兔的治疗作用机制研究。方法将9只新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照组、CSA模型组、苗医隔药纸火灸法组。除正常对照组外构建CSA模型,经相应干预后取颈部肌肉组织,行HE染色后分析椎动脉血管壁中膜厚度,取外周血检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组MDA含量明显增加而苗医隔药纸火灸法组明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常对照组比较,模型组SOD含量明显减少而苗医隔药纸火灸法组明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组织形态学方面,与正常对照组相比,模型组椎动脉管壁中膜平滑肌细胞肥大,血管内皮明细皱褶并排列紊乱,而苗医隔药纸火灸法组椎动脉管壁中膜平滑肌细胞肥大明显受到抑制,血管内皮皱褶较匀称。结论此项研究证实苗医隔药纸火炙法治疗CSA模型兔有效性具有实验科学依据。Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of paper fire moxibustion separated by Miao medicine on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis(CSA)model rabbits.Methods Nine New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group(NCG),vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis model group(VATG),paper fire moxibustion separated by Miao medicine group(PFSG).Except for the NCG,models of CSA were set up.After related some procedures,the rabbits’s neck muscle tissue was collected for HE staining to analyze the vertebral artery wall thickness,peripheral blood samples were taken simultaneously,used for biochemical kits to detect SOD(superoxide dismutase)and MDA(malonaldehyde)content.Results Compared with the NCG,the content of MDA was significantly increased in the VATG while it was significantly reduced in PFSG,and both the difference was significant(P<0.05).As to the level of SOD content compared with the NCG,it was significantly reduced in the VATG while it was significantly increased in the PFSG,and the difference was also significant(P<0.05).In terms of histomorphology,compared with the normal control group,the smooth muscle cells of the vertebral artery wallmesmembrane in the VATG were hypertrophied,and the vascular endothelium was finely folded and arranged disorderly.Such hypertrophy was significantly inhibited in the PFSG,and the vascular endothelial folds were more symmetrical.Conclusion It is closed related to the decrease of MDA content and the increase of SOD content to recover the CSA model rabbits by paper fire moxibustion separated by Miao medicine.
