虫类药治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的探讨

摘　　要：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是周围血管病科的常见病,中医治疗以活血化瘀为主要原则,西医强调抗血栓、扩张血管、促进血液循环。虫类药物的应用历史悠久,其逐瘀通络的功效显著,常用的中药包括全蝎、蜈蚣、水蛭、虻虫、土鳖虫等。此文就虫类药的药理作用及中医认识进行综合阐述,以期为其在治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症提供理论依据。Lower extremity artersclerotic occlusive disease is a common disease in the department of peripheral vascular diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is based on the principle of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Western medicine emphasizes anti-thrombosis,expansion of blood vessels,and promotion of blood circulation.The application of insect drugs has a long history,and the effect of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals is remarkable.Commonly used Chinese medicines include scorpion,centipede,leeches,flyworms,and soil turtles.This article comprehensively expounds the pharmacological effects of insect drugs and the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for their treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.
